WHAT IS A RESUME OR CV?
The Longman's Dictionary of Contemporary English defines
both Resume and CV as a short written document giving
your education and past employment, used when you are
looking for a job.
Resume is used in American English. CV, also known as
Curriculum Vitae, is the term used not only in Britain
but throughout Europe.
